  1. I have to say Angus, I love your work. Just seeing your videos puts me in better and more positive frame of mind. I am a personal trainer and training for my accreditaion as an exercise physiologist. I have a facebook group for my clients and people with an interest in health and fitness. I always pass on your videos as they are a fantastic tool. Thanks and keep up the great work.
